Description of the Solution
The process consists of Control and Automatic Identification of the Production and the Paper Balance. In order to carry out such task, a reading system and an automatic control of the stack of sheets of paper have been installed in all printing machines in order to perfectly trace and register all stack of sheets of paper during the entire production process.
- Local SCAP system applications collect information from the printing machines and serve as an interface for the operator.
- This information is recorded in the database of the application servers (approx. 2,000,000 inputs per shift). It is accessible through a web portal for data management and reporting.
- It comes with an option for quality control, analyzing the correct sequencing and printing quality of 250 numbers / second with a resolution of 10 pix / mm.

Servers (2): Windows 2008 Server with clustered storage space and scalable load balancing. Application with 3-tier architecture.

- Printing Machines Data States Collection: communications with the Printing Machines PLCs and digital signals to PC Control.
- Sheets Data Collections: cameras reading barcodes per image. TCP / IP Communications. Saving Images of unrecognized code.
- Quality Control Application: by artificial vision: high speed linear camera, Matrox libraries and Visual Studio.Net application.
